Yoga for Motherhood - Mini-Retreats

Shirley House, Psalter Lane

A 2.5 hour retreat for all - whether you are pregnant, postpartum, carer or have grown children. This is a time to stop, take a breath, connect and rest deeply.

These workshops are open to ALL - however you experience M(other)hood and however you identify as a parent.

These sessions are so special - they provide such needed community, space and spaciousness to land and be held and supported. They are some of my favourite sessions to hold so please do come and be looked after for the morning.

What to expect?

  • Yoga For Motherhood - yoga to remember, to connect, to encourage flow and freedom of movement and to bring a felt sense of calm, joy and ease.

  • Deep Rest - through long held restorative poses and yoga nidra.

  • Gentle Touch, Self Massage and Myofascial Release

  • Breathwork and sound work

  • Earthy, nourishing snacks

  • Poetry and music.

These retreats sell out quite early so please do book on early to avoid disappointment.
