Yoga for Motherhood - Morning Retreats

9.30am - 12.00pm

Shirley House, Psalter Lane

A 2.5 hour retreat for all - whether you are pregnant, postpartum, carer or have grown children. This is a time to stop, take a breath, connect and rest deeply.

These workshops are open to ALL - however you experience M(other)hood and however you identify as a parent.

These sessions are SO special - they provide such needed community, space and spaciousness to land and be held by me and all the other people in the room. They are some of my favourite sessions to hold so please do come and be looked after for the morning.

What to expect?

  • Yoga For Motherhood - yoga to remember, to connect, to encourage flow and freedom of movement and to bring a felt sense of calm, joy and ease.

  • Deep Rest - through long held restorative poses and yoga nidra.

  • Gentle Touch, Self Massage and Myofascial Release

  • Breathwork and sound work

  • Earthy, nourishing snacks

  • Poetry and music.

These retreats sell out quite early so please do book on early to avoid disappointment.

  • Yes, we often have a couple of babes in arms with us throughout the session. This session isn’t suitable for active babies or crawling babies - I hope to provide space and time for you but they are welcome to be brought in and out of the room for feeds and cuddles!

  • We have lots of mothers/parents who come in the first year of motherhood but we also have many that come who have much older children. Motherhood doesn’t stop so neither should our care!

  • Yes! This is for all those that ‘mother’ or are in a parenting or caring role!
