Yoga for All

I offer Yoga, Somatic Movement, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra for all.

The type of yoga I offer is mindful, slow, somatic. Depending on how you are feeling it may help to gently enliven you or to help restore a sense of calm.

Yoga brings awareness to your internal processes, how you relate to others and the enviornment around you. How you react and respond. It may help you experience the full range of your emotions.

I offer practices to help bring you into a greater sense of attunement with yourself and others. And a deeper connection.
